        The research team takes truth-seeking, pragmatic, open and innovative as the concept, has a perfect incentive mechanism for research and development, creates a good academic atmosphere, and aims to constantly break through technical problems in this field to complete the innovation and development of metal powder material technology.
        At present, the research team is composed of young and middle-aged interdisciplinary researchers focusing on metal powder material science. The existing researchers account for more than 20% of the company's employees, including 2 doctors and 5 masters, with an average age of 30 years. The researchers have won honors and titles such as leading talents in the park, leading talents in Gusu, provincial innovation and entrepreneurship talents, gathering young researchers, and local talents in short supply.
        As the joint postgraduate training center of the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, the research team also undertakes the task of training and educating engineering graduate students. Every year, a number of doctoral, master's and undergraduate students join the team to work with full-time researchers to create a youthful and dynamic academic atmosphere, and constantly nurture innovation inspiration and change energy.
